Green Safes eco-friendly compostable Eco-Products brand catering trays and bowls are made from bagasse, which is a byproduct of sugarcane. When a sugarcane stalk is pressed and extracted the leftover material is called bagasse, a material that was once not utilized has now found a new purpose. Our trays come in 4 different sizes (13″ x 17″, 14″, 16″, and 18″) and our bowls also come in 3 different sizes (64oz, 80oz, and 160oz). These products are freezer safe, microwave safe, and will commercially compost within 90-120 days.
