Green Safes eco-friendly compostable Sabert brand catering trays and bowls are made from bagasse, which is a byproduct of sugarcane. When a sugarcane stalk is pressed and extracted the leftover material is called bagasse, a material that was once not utilized has now found a new purpose. Our trays come in 4 different sizes (10.7?, 12?, 14?, and 16?) and our bowls also come in 4 different sizes (80oz, 120oz, 160oz, and 240oz). These products are freezer safe, microwave safe, and will commercially compost within 90-120 days.
